For the love of nature

Pielisen Retki was founded by two wilderness people from Nurmes drawing energy through fishing and being in nature. Our most urgent goal is to provide our customers with quality and nature respecting services both on water and ground as well as at the dinner table. Toni Helander and Hanna Jänönen will take care of you on all our treks with either water or ground under your feet.

Our fishing services are available in the Nurmes and also in the Koli National Park. We are fishing sustainably and we are supporting the improvement of the extinct landlocked salmon population of Saimaa. When fishing wildfish you must take notice of the fact that the catch is not always guaranteed. At the end of the fishing trip we want to offer You the acquired catch of the day fully handled and packed to take home. We are member of the Finnish fishing guide association.
