Utsjoki region in Northernmost Finnish Lapland, is a wilderness outdoor persons´s paradise. The mighty Teno river and its side river Utsjoki, right by good road connection, connects the whole region and most water areas to the Barents Sea. The highland areas – Kaldoaivi and Paistunturi wilderness areas – have several wilderness lakes and ponds with cold water, some within reach of a day trip, and by some you can spend the night at a wilderness hut or traditional lávvu-tent. Our waters are inexcellent condition: so clear you can see the rocks in the bottom and the fish swimming around. In winter and spring-winter, Utsjoki is a perfect ice-fishing destination.

We offer a wide range of guided and self-guided fishing holidays and tours to different types of water areas and catch, from day trips to multi-day programs. Depending on your preferences, we can tailor anything from luxury accommodation to budget travel, or even multiday wilderness fishing excursions. On all of our tours, you can be sure to be supporting small, local businesses and have local guides advising on with best places for catch and making sure you have a memorable fishing trip!

We welcome you to experience the magic of fishing from the lakes of our vast wilderness areas and the mighty Teno river!
