LappeanLohi sits atop a handsome cliff, on the shores of the wild and free-flowing Tornionjoki River and around the halfway point of Lappea’s highly renowned salmon still waters. Lappean Loma is only around 30 kilometres from Kolari (nearest railway station) and approximately 45 kilometres from Pello. You can reach LappeanLohi from Kittilä Airport in just over an hour and from Rovaniemi in approximately 1½ hours.
Throughout the entire year LappeanLohi is a tranquil destination for those after accommodation and family festivities and company meeting organisers. Accommodation is provided in pleasant rooms with plenty of character in the converted old village school. Accommodation in summertime is also provided in traditional camping cabins, or you can even park your mobile home or caravan in our open grounds. We hire out boats and fishing equipment suitable for salmon fishing, we sell fishing permits, and we can also arrange professional fishing guides to assist you in catching your salmon.
