Destinations When you turn the map of Finland on its side, what do you see? Lapland as the tail, the Lake District as the back, the West Coast as the belly and Southern Finland as the head – it's clearly the shape of a fish, which is a good omen. It's easy to go fishing anywhere in the country. The basic range of species is much the same everywhere, but surroundings, seasons and conditions vary.
